You have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return by emailing info@onsidejerseys.com along with your proof of purchase and reason for return. Once you have requested a return the item(s) must be delivered back to us before the refund is processed and the cost of a return is at the cost of the purchaser.

We ask you to pay attention to product descriptions and photos as we don’t accept returns for any imperfections that were clearly stated in the descriptions and photos. Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent, with tags if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or provide a lower refund if an item is returned in a worse condition than described at purchase.

As our stock is mostly pre-worn, we aren't responsible for how an item will hold up in the future and we aren't responsible for defects that happen to the jerseys over time. Care should be taken when washing your item, hand washing is recommended rather than using a washing machine.

Please allow up to 7  working days for your return to be processed. We cannot process any refund or credit prior to receiving the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and when this occurs it's the responsibility of the person who placed the order to pay for the return postage in order to get the item back.
